We are seeking an experienced Supervisor, Production to join our team at Artivion Inc in Austin TX. As a key member of the production team you will supervise production employees in a manufacturing environment plan and assign work implement and enforce policies and procedures recommend improvements in manufacturing methods equipment procedures and working conditions effectively utilize labor material and support services to achieve quality standards production schedules profit plans lead people through effective leadership management maintain direct reports timecards for accuracy ensure correct charges against production assignments interface with Quality Manufacturing Engineers resolve improve any or all quality issues track absenteeism maintain proper inventory levels assure compliance training employees company policies apply laws provide GMP coaching GDP etc ensure product quality compliance perform routine area inspections of workplace ensure safe work conditions participate professional development increase effectiveness Site performance.Job description
