    As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Real Estate Senior Asset Manager to join our team.


    JOB SUMMARY


    The Commercial Real Estate Senior Asset Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the performance of our commercial property portfolio.

    This senior-level position requires an individual with extensive experience in commercial real estate asset management, a proven track record of maximizing asset value, and the ability to lead a team of asset managers.

    The Senior Asset Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, developing strategic initiatives, and providing expert guidance to the organization's asset management division.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Portfolio Performance Management:


    Lead the overall performance management of the commercial real estate portfolio, including conducting comprehensive financial analysis, reviewing operating budgets, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).


    Strategic Planning:
    Develop and execute long-term asset management strategies aligned with the company's investment objectives, identifying value-enhancing opportunities and risk-mitigation tactics.

    Team Leadership:
    Manage and mentor a team of asset managers, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

    Investor Relations:


    Serve as a key point of contact for investors, delivering transparent and timely updates on asset performance, market trends, and strategic decisions.


    Asset Optimization:
    Implement proactive strategies to optimize property values and income streams, such as repositioning, redevelopment, and lease restructuring.

    Lease Negotiations:
    Oversee lease negotiations with tenants and maintain strong relationships with key tenants to maximize occupancy rates and lease renewals.

    Market Analysis:


    Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to stay informed about market trends, demographics, and competitor activities, leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.


    Risk Management:
    Identify and mitigate potential risks related to properties, ensuring compliance with all regulations, safety standards, and insurance coverage.

    Financial Reporting:
    Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting financial results, operational updates, and strategic recommendations.

    Asset Dispositions:
    Lead the evaluation and execution of property dispositions, collaborating with acquisitions and overseeing the due diligence process.
    QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

    Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
    Extensive experience 10 years) in commercial real estate asset management, with a successful track record of managing large portfolios and driving exceptional financial results.
    Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead a team of asset managers effectively.
    Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in data analysis and market research.
    Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
    In-depth knowledge of commercial real estate markets, industry trends, and legal and regulatory requirements.
    Proficiency in real estate management software and Microsoft Office suite.
    Relevant certifications such as CPM, CCIM, or CFA are highly desirable.
