    Job Description
    MetaStock, a software development company, is looking for a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative to join our team.

    We are looking for an experienced representative, who enjoys working with people and has prior experience, but will hire the "right" person.

    Work hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday, the salary for this position is $16.50 an hour.

    Responsibilities
    As a member of the MetaStock Support Team candidate will:

    • Answer incoming customer queries (phone, chat, and email)
    • Perform general administrative tasks
    • Update/maintain client information
    • Execute excellent communication skills
    • Execute excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
    • Execute excellent customer service skills
    • Manage and perform additional projects and tasks as needed

    Qualifications
    Candidates must pass a post-offer, pre-employment background check.
