Job Description & Skill Requirement:
Manufacturing Engineering, Design Engineering, Quality Assurance, *. Review production demand and forecast capacity and material requirements. Place timely purchase requisitions with supply chain to avoid shortages.
*. Prepare production plans by balancing demand and supply to achieve a stable production environment. Make improvements in planning and scheduling process to reduce overall product cycle time.
*. Document critical customer quality requirements and prepares routing for the manufacturing processes. Maintain the integrity of manufacturing data utilizing databases.
*. Utilize ERP to manage inventory and achieve zero inventory variance. Analyze product demand and sets min/max values for critical components to avoid stockouts.
