    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma required, BS/BA Degree in Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred

    1-2 years experience in customer-facing role through either customer or service or sales role

    Ability to multi-task and manage multiple conflicting priorities

    Ability to maintain composure through stressful situations

    Proficient in Microsoft applications

    Excellent written and oral communication skills required


    Responsibilities:
    Supporting projects such as product allocation management, analytical reporting of initiatives regarding strategic white glove accounts, enhanced visibility to shipment status, and logistic updates for franchise equipment units in transit

    Provide superior customer service to both internal and external customers, with a special focus on high-vulnerability accounts

    Strategically align with the team to enhance the customer experience, with dedicated attention to high-vulnerability accounts

    Create and monitor strategic reporting to support the sales organization

    Location:
    On-site 5 days/week (CNP location) for at least 6 months, potentially hybrid after 6 months

    Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (2); 10:30am-7:00pm (1)
