    Our company in the Non-profit sector is in search of a skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to lead HR efforts and contribute to shaping and executing our people strategy. The chosen candidate will have a crucial role in influencing our organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

    Responsibilities of the People and Culture Manager:

    • Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs aligned with our mission, values, and business goals
    • Lead recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
    • Collaborate with department heads to offer guidance and assistance in employee relations, performance management, and career development
    • Design and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
    • Drive initiatives to cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering diversity and equity across the organization
    • Implement and manage HR information systems for streamlined processes and accurate record-keeping
    • Administer employee benefits programs and act as a resource for benefit-related queries and concerns
    • Keep abreast of HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements
    • Lead HR projects to enhance organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and retention

    Requirements for the People and Culture Manager:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
    • Proven progressive experience in HR, including leadership roles
    • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
    • Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing HR strategies for organizational success
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels
    • Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams
    • Capability to handle confidential information with professionalism
    • Preferably hold an HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
