Position Overview:
As a Commercial Plumbing Lead at Utah Engineering, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing our commercial plumbing projects.
Your expertise and leadership will be crucial in ensuring the successful completion of projects, exceeding client expectations, and upholding our reputation for excellence.
What we need done:
Lead and manage commercial plumbing projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Supervise and mentor a team of skilled plumbers and apprentices, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and equipment.
Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee workmanship and compliance with industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.
Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring their satisfaction with the completed projects.
Identify and resolve issues that may arise during projects, implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.
Maintain accurate records of project details, including materials used, work performed, and project expenses.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years of experience in commercial plumbing, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects.
Valid Plumbing License.
Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug and background check.
Clean driving record.
