Description

Responsibilities:
To supervise & ensure works are in accordance to the contract drawings & specifications

To inspect & ensure that the ACMV installation works are executed within acceptable standard of workmanship

To monitor the installation progress as well as coordination with Client, Consultants & vendors to ensure efficient & timely delivery of assignment

Prepare & submit site progress reports & other necessary project documentation

Assist in the preparation of progress payment claims & variation orders where required

Responsible for testing & commissioning of ACMV systems

Attend safety, technical & daily site progress meetings

Conduct site inspection with relevant parties to resolve technical/site issues

Ensure timely handover of project

Other project-related tasks as deemed necessary


Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Min. 2 years of working experience in construction industry

Experience in Wafer fab or pharmaceutical will be an added advantage

In-depth knowledge of project management principles

Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking site workers, subcons/vendors

Singaporean or Singapore PR preferred
