- Present cases for staffing and conduct family-child team meetings.
- Coordinates and collaborate with other service providers, schools, and health care facilities to promote the child(ren)'s well-being.
- Bachelor's degree in social work or degree in related human services field.
- State licensing/certification as required by the State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
- Background check clearance, both criminal and CANTS.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate in a clear, comprehensible manner, both verbally and in writing.
- Valid Illinois drivers' license and proof of automobile liability insurance required. Access to transportation for visits and to transport clients to and from appointments.
