    Job Description

    An employer is looking to add a Platform Specialist to their team in Chicago, IL. This person will provide technical support for the team's third-party advertising interfaces. They will closely with vendors, clients, and internal teams to troubleshoot performance and technical campaign obstacles, communicate solutions and update processes for ongoing campaign success. The Platform Specialist will prioritize team member requests for campaign support and troubleshoot campaign issues with the help of internal resources and vendor contacts. It will be their job to efficiently communicate resolutions to internal teams (and clients, as needed) and establish and maintain strong rapport with platform vendors, internal teams and clients.

    The ideal candidate is a highly resourceful problem solver with hands-on experience in website tag management and analytics systems as well as experience in popular web or software development languages such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
