The Manager of Event and Dining Operations will focus on upholding the museum's brand excellence while ensuring visitor dining hospitality events execution.
Responsibilities
Support internal event planners by ensuring smooth building operationsCollaborate with facilities security AV retail teamsSubmit appropriate staffing requestsCoordinate third-party food beverage provider as necessaryProvide day-event on-site execution support for internal external eventsFoster positive proactive collaborative working environment between Operator museum departmentsRegularly review attend internal external eventsEnsure facility rental consistent with Museum mission standardsQualifications
Bachelor degree or equivalent experienceSpecialization in business hospitality food services management preferredSeveral years demonstrated successful experience in food services hospitality industryManaging weddings eventsUnderstanding passion culinary hospitality industry providing excellent guest experienceLeadership organizational communication writing interpersonal skillsFacilitation collaboration negotiation skillsSpreadsheet analysis word processing softwareBenefits Job description
