Job Description

Based on system requirement and customer demand, carry out Caliper concept design (Including Mounting Bracket, Cylinder Body, Sliding parts etc.) and finish 3D model;
Define correct technical product specifications (2D DRW,BOM, validation plan etc.);
Create and maintain D-FMEA for new components;
Collaborate with suppliers, support SE work and ensure the manufacturability at supplier side;
Collaborate with plant, support plant SE and ensure the manufacturability at Bosch plant side;
Collaborates with project team, ensure the application design for different project and satisfy customer demand on time and on quality;
Support NVH team to solve related topics;
Regular communication with Germany design platform, and ensure the correct information delivery;
Qualifications

Bachelor degree (5+ years) or master degree (3+ years) in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or related fields;
Experience in Caliper design(Including Mounting Bracket, Cylinder Body, Sliding parts etc.) must; Experience in power brake will be preferred;
Good skills in 3D/2D and software(NX preferred);
Tolerance chain stack up and GD&T skills must;
Problem solving capability;
Good skills in English communication required;
