- Order and process all parts through the fulfillment program.
- Pull and inventory used parts as needed.
- Stock parts and/or distribute parts to Service Technicians in a timely and organized manner.
- Track inventor and maintain the parts/stock room in a clean, organized manner.
- Reconcile and prepare payment request of invoices for parts.
- Prepare proper billing to customers for parts as needed.
- Timely submission of Warranty/Guarantee on parts.
- Handle customer service issues and field visits when necessary.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Able to pass pre-employment background check and drug test.
- Effective oral and written communications. Ability to read, interpret, and understand documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Basic computer, smart phone and tablet skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a busy warehouse and delivery environment.
- Experience with small power tools and installing large appliances (preferred).
- Basic plumbing and/or electrical knowledge a plus.
- Must be able to lift up to pounds and frequently work in a variety of environmental conditions (both weather and non-weather related). Other specific physical demands may vary based on assigned geography or equipment.
