Adecco has a direct hire opportunity for a Retail Sales Consultant position in Helena, AR.

We are looking for friendly, reliable, responsible individuals to work in a fast-paced environment in a dynamic space with one-on-one customer contact.

A background in the hospitality industry is a plus.

Salary:
$15/HR Plus Monthly CommissionsCLICK HERE TO APPLY Responsibilities for Retail Sales Consultant position include but are not limited to:Customer transactions, including collecting payments, updating customer profiles, recovering, and issuing equipment as well as assisting with general inquiries.
Determine customer needs and educate the customer in order to sell or upgrade services.

Quickly resolve customer issues and concernsQualifications:

Pay Details:
$15.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan. Our benefit offerings provide employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs.

In addition, our associates may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
