    As a Representative with Earnest & Associates, Inc you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

    Responsibilities

    Assist clients with claim questions.

    Review Coverage with clients.

    Assist clients with changes to their policy.

    Call new clients and welcome them to the agency.

    Monitor discounts to ensure clients are receiving the best rates.

    Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.

    Generate proposals to fit clients insurance needs.


    Requirements
    • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
    • Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
    • Great Customer Service Skills.
    • Driven and goal-oriented individual.
    • Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situation.
    • Ability to learn insurance coverage and underwriting guidelines.
    • Familiarity with finding, building and growing leads and customer base.

    Education

    High School Degree with relevant sales experience

    Willing to obtain Property Casualty License
