Job description
Manifest Solutions is currently seeking a Transformation QA Test Lead for a position in Columbus, OH.
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing QA and UAT testing activities for SAP, Salesforce, and integrated platforms
- Develop and manage test strategies, plans, and completion reports.
- Coordinate UAT activities with business stakeholders.
- Ensure defect triage and resolution processes are followed.
- Operationalize insights for steady-state enablement.
- Create traceability matrices and ensure compliance with lifecycle deliverables.
Qualifications
- 7 – 10 years testing experience with 3 – 5 years' experience leading a team of testers
- SAP and Salesforce testing experience
- Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role
- Able to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville, IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus OH
- Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest – must have (Hands On)
- Experience with other testing tools (test automation, performance testing) – nice to have
- Utilities industry experience – nice to have but highly preferred.
- Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills
- PMP and other test technology certifications – nice to have
- Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks to include SAFE
- Experience with Gen AI tooling for testing acceleration.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ISTQB Certification
- Experience with CI/CD integration
