    Description


    Under the direction of the Principal Investigators, this full-time individual will serve as the Project Manager for a multi-investigator state-funded health program evaluation.

    The individual will work closely with project team and other key stakeholders including the CA Department of Health Care Services, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and other state agencies and health delivery systems.

    Duties include coordinating meetings and data transfers with state agencies, convening stakeholder and advisory group meetings, conducting literature reviews, understanding changes in healthcare policy, creating data collection tools and educational materials for dissemination to end-users, hiring and training staff, completing data security and data use agreements, managing contract amendments, preparing IRB applications, assisting in the completion of project reports and manuscripts and abstracts, preparing new grant applications and grant renewals, interact ing with vendors and finance personnel, and providing other administrative support.

    It is expected that the Project Manager will have familiarity with statistical analysis. He/she will supervise research assistants and students.

    • Holds a Masters degree (bachelors flex if perfect)
    -5+ yoe with the below

    • Experience directing complex research projects for a large institution
    • Strong Statistical Data Analysis experience working with very large data sets
    • Experience working with Statistical software's
    • Experience creating reports and submitting to regulated institutions
    • Knowledge of regulatory practices and research best practices (example GCP trained)
    • Experience managing a team
