    Practice in a charming community nestled in between beautiful rolling hills in the Kettle Moraine with a group of clinicians who are highly respected in the community. 

    • Join a group of two physicians who have practicing in the community for almost 20 years as well as a nurse practitioner
    • Highly engaged group who has fun and collaborates well together
    • Urgent care attached to the clinic as well as large outpatient rehab facility
    • Onsite specialists include Orthopedic Surgery, OB/Gyn, Neurology, Dermatology, Nephrology, Pulmanology and GI; access to a full contingent of specialists at the West Bend North clinic less than four miles away
    • Call 1:17, phone call only, nurse triage line used for initial call
    • EPIC EMR
