QUI ETES-VOUS ?
Diplômé d'une grande école d'Ingénieur ou de Commerce en lien avec la stratégie digitale des entreprises, l'innovation et/ou les nouvelles technologies et justifiez de références professionnelles sur ces domaines.

Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 12 ans dont à minima de 5 ans au sein d'un cabinet de conseil

. Vous avez une bonne connaissance des enjeux de la transformation digitale pour les entreprises et vous êtes familiers avec l'articulation de ses leviers (Cloud, DevOps, Big Data, IoT, IA, méthodologies agiles...).
Vous avez une bonne compréhension fonctionnelle des technologies utilisées dans le cadre de la transformation digitale. Votre forte capacité d'adaptation et votre bon relationnel vous permettent de saisir rapidement les enjeux d'environnements techniques variés et de communiquer aisément avec leurs acteurs tant décisionnels qu'opérationnels.
Vous êtes force de proposition, doté d'un excellent esprit de synthèse, avez de bonnes capacités rédactionnelles et faites preuve de rigueur dans vos travaux. Vous êtes capable de travailler efficacement tant en autonomie qu'en groupe. Vous parlez couramment anglais Une expertise sur les sujets IA, Durabilité, Green IT est fortement apprécié.

Stratégie Data,
Stratégie Cloud,
Stratégie IT,
Organisation Innovante & Responsable,
Organisation Agile & Transformation.
Au sein de cette Direction, vous faites partie d'une équipe à taille humaine en pleine expansion. Vous participez au développement de l'activité conseil et délivrez des missions de conseil de haut niveau. Vos principales activités sont les suivantes :
Réaliser des missions de conseil alignées avec notre catalogue d'offres, accompagnant des projets de transformation digitale (stratégie Cloud, maturité DevOps, cadrage Big Data, IoT, IA, méthodologies agiles...) pour divers types de client: internes au groupe, entreprises et groupe Industriels
Etre en capacité de faire monter en compétences des Consultants juniors, les encadrer dans les missions chez nos Clients
Participer au développement commercial de notre Direction en rédigeant des propositions commerciales, des réponses à appel d'offres et en entretenant une relation de qualité avec nos clients.
Etre en capacité de contribuer au développement commercial en identifiant des opportunités de foisonnement de par l'intimité créée avec son client et la connaissance de notre savoir faire
Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus de notre Direction en étant force de proposition sur des sujets d'animation de nos communautés, de partage et de capitalisation de la connaissance, enrichissement de notre catalogue d'offres...
Au travers de ces missions, vous vous familiarisez avec nos offres, nos méthodes, nos équipes et le groupe et vous acquerrez de solides compétences dans le domaine de la transformation digitale et des nouvelles technologies.
