    Buyer's agents who were Zillow Flex or OpenDoor agents tired of taking home nothing after a sale? It's time for a change. We are looking for two to three motivated buyer's agents who are passionate about making the home-buying experience great. You will contact our pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer's dream home. You must be successful, enthusiastic, persistent, and have a passion for creating a positive experience for every buyer. If you can't wait to get started on this already amazing team, let's talk

    Compensation:

    $115,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Make sure every buyer or potential buyer has a great experience with us to convert leads or generate repeat business
    • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
    • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
    • Work closely with buyers to locate and negotiate the successful purchase of a home through the process of ongoing, consistent and clear communication and a high level of customer service
    • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
    Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
    • Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales
    • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
    • An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception
    • High level of adaptability to real estate technology and social media, we are 100% digital
    • A strong desire to take your career to the next level and a strong desire to make a $100,000+
