Requirements:

1 year experience in related field Will need to pass a background and drug testBesides the typical social work, knowledge of medicaid/medicare, VA, hospice, ULTC's, Social Security, Title 19, MCD redetermination and application process, ancillary scheduling and facilitation, rep payee and more.

Juniper Village at the Spearly Center is a skilled nursing facility specializing in mental and behavioral health so besides the typical alzheimers/dementia diagnosis, we cater to residents with schizophrenia, bipolar, TBI, failed suicide attempts, and more.
