    Description

    Border Patrol Agent

    As a highly trained professional, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders, deterring illicit activity, and enhancing the nation's economic prosperity.

    You will detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws. You'll also maintain surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations.

    Duty Assignments:

      • Detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws.
      • Preventing and apprehending undocumented noncitizens and smugglers at or near borders using various assets like vehicles, horses vessels etc for accomplishing USBP Mission
      • Interpreting tracks marks other physical evidence illegal entry persons contraband etc
      • Performing farm checks building checks traffic checks city patrols transportation checks
      The ideal candidate must have primary residency in US for at least three years . Candidate age should not exceed forty since only then he can apply under this law enforcement retirement provisions

      Educational Requirements:

      - A bachelor's degree in any field with superior academic achievement OR- One full year graduate level education related fields - criminal justice homeland security ,Forensic Technology Forensic Psychology Justice Studies Corrections & Rehabilitation ,or - Combination both general work experience college education }
