Job summary
We are hiring a Full-time experienced brewer who will work closely with the head brewer and owner and assist in brewery scheduling and day-to-day operations.This is a grain-to-glass position.
The individual must be a highly-motivated, hard-working brewer with an unwavering commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Milling, malt handling
- Executing weekly wort production according to SOPs and production plan on a 15BBL brewhouse/li>Recording detailed data on brewhouse operations/li>Staging + ordering raw materials,/li>/ul>
