Construction Superintendent - Ground Up Projects - Responsibilities:
Overseeing on-site daily project operations
Generating daily project reports
Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
Ensures Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staff
