- Laboratory Description We are offering a $750 Hiring Bonus to candidates Bonus amount is a gross amount and would be paid out in following paycheck 90 days after hire.
- Testing of cheese samples for moisture, fat, pH, salt, and calcium content
- Testing liquid samples for fat, protein, total solids, pH, titratable acidity
- Operating various lab equipment (infrared, near infrared, electronic microscope, moisture oven, chloride analyzer, pH meter)
- Preparing different chemical reagents to be used in certain analysis
- Recording results in Excel spreadsheets and internal software
- Communicate results to plant management via email, phone, face to face
- Quality checks:
- Lab cleanup at the end of shift and various cleaning throughout the month.
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
