    Middleware Engineer with Pega Experience

    We are seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer with expertise in Pega technology.

    • Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure issues to ensure application availability and propose engineering solutions for stability and sustainability.
    • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies and deliverables for impacted business and technology groups.
    • Engage stakeholders and project teams with preparation and timely delivery of critical artifacts.
    • Deliver clear and timely communications to impacted stakeholders.
    • Guide teams to assess risk with mitigation plans and escalate appropriately.
    • Identify change controls and communicate risks and rewards associated with decisions and actions to stakeholders.
    • Ensure compliance with corporate change standards and procedures, including maintenance of Systems of Record and delivery of quality project artifacts.

    • Experience with IBM WebSphere, Tomcat, PEGA, Linux, Java, SQL, and Oracle.
    • Strong analytical skills.
    • Strong written and oral communication skills.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience with managing application's infrastructure and support.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a lead role in Information Technology.
