Position Details:
7am to 3:30pm 30 min break for lunch All cases, except OB and Hearts.

Peds OptionalSupervision 4 to 1 ModelNo OT, No CallHow many anesthesia rooms are on site? 38Practice Model for each location # Physicians 18Type of charting used? If electronic, give name system.

Epic and Paper Privileging time frame? 90 days (maybe sooner with special consideration)
