    Position: Business Development Representative

    Location: Sumner, WA

    Pay: Starting at $67,000 annually+ commission

    Experience: Previous experience in a "hunting" sales position, to include prospecting for new business required; Previous experience working in a service industry OR staffing industry is a plus

    Education: High school diploma or GED; Working sales experience may be accepted for education preference

    Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

    Logic Staffing is seeking a Business Development Representative to join a growing and dynamic team

    Job Description:

    • Identify and meticulously research potential clients.
    • Develop and nurture client relationships to enhance business connections.
    • Secure new business by engaging with prospects and existing clients.
    • Maintain accurate client information and sales leads.
    • Execute prospecting activities through cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and CRM outreach.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
    • Negotiate contract terms with clients.
    • Own the client relationship, driving the entire sales cycle and pursuing opportunities for partnership expansion.
    • Conduct client interviews and QBRs, preparing insightful data to inform strategic decisions.

    • Strong interpersonal communication, both verbal and written.
