    Description

    This role supports the delivery of competitive responses to Request for Proposals (RFPs). It offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decision-making. The analyst may work remotely or in our Birmingham, AL headquarters.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide claims files and draft client-ready emails upon request.
    • Complete data requests including claims summaries, pricing terms, exclusions, etc.
    • Support client retention efforts for at-risk clients
    • Collaborate with Proposal, Deal Governance, and Account Management teams
