- A bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university.
- IT project management and/or cybersecurity certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), etc. are preferred.
- Knowledge of NIST Risk Management Framework is a plus.
- Proficiency in Windows and Active Directory, and experience with Websense, Tenable Security Center/Nessus, KACE, and Splunk are advantageous.
- Work experience with federal court-related applications, systems, and services is desired.

The Circuit Executive's Office of the United States Courts for the Eighth Circuit is inviting applications for the Information Technology Security Specialist position.
The United States Courts for the Eighth Circuit consist of the Court of Appeals, which serves as the court of review for decisions of district courts within the Eighth Circuit. This includes districts in Eastern Arkansas, Western Arkansas, Northern Iowa, Southern Iowa, Minnesota, Eastern Missouri, Western Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota. The Circuit Executive's Office offers policy development, administrative, technical, and staff support to judges and court units within the Eighth Circuit. The Information Technology Department is situated within the Office of the Circuit Executive and is overseen by the Assistant Circuit Executive for IT.
