- Review all legal documents for compliance with client requirements and quality standards.
- Mentor Site Acquisition Specialists on leasing and client requirements.
- Provide guidance on leasing matters to the Site Acquisition team.
- Assist in difficult Landlord negotiations.
- Lead negotiations with new Landlords, draft lease agreements, and ensure final agreements are reached.
- Handle special projects as required.
- Salary Range: $55k - $65k (Experience-Dependent)
