AAMCI is looking for a Full-time Custodian/maintenance for our 100-unit Elderly/Disabled community in Knoxville, TN.Monday-Friday 8 am to 5pm, $16.00 per hour, On-call premiumAAMCI provides many training opportunities, and many paid opportunities to obtain higher levels of certificates.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Upkeep of all community groundsClean common areasClean StairwellsVacuum hallwaysMopping, sweepingClean and sanitize elevatorRemove trash from office areas and apartment community perimeter dailyAssist in preparation of make ready units, including remove trashPaint vacant unitsLight maintenance, Electrical, plumbingAssist maintenance team with snow removal (if applicable)

In the 401(k) plan, employees are eligible after completing one year of employment and reaching an entrance date of January 1 or July 1.
