    We are seeking a talented Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team and lead the development of a cutting-edge platform for consumer products.


    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Ruby on Rails development, extensive experience with building scalable web applications, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to define project requirements and specifications.

    Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable Ruby on Rails applications from the ground up.

    Implement best practices for software development, including code quality, testing, and documentation.

    Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth.

    Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating new tools and techniques into the development process as needed.

    Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product features to meet business objectives.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


    5+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products.

    Strong proficiency in Ruby programming language and the Rails framework, including experience with building RESTful APIs.

    Experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React, , etc.).

    Solid understanding of software design principles, object-oriented programming, and database design concepts.

    Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, etc.).

    Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

    Passion for building innovative solutions and delivering exceptional user experiences.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    Experience with e-commerce platforms development is a plus.

    Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

    Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
