    Company Overview: A fintech startup providing cutting-edge software-as-a-service solutions to some of the industrys largest institutional investors. Their first product offering is an industry-leading CLO (collateralized loan obligation) analytics platform used by numerous firms to help with their investment analysis of CLOs bonds. Their second product offering, which this role will be focused on, is a trade and portfolio management platform for all asset classes.

    Role: The Operations & Customer Success team is responsible for supporting and building relationships with our institutional clients both on the buy and sell side. You will work closely with existing and prospective Traders & Portfolio Managers to ensure they understand and can utilize the full value of the software platforms.

    You will have the opportunity to deep dive into and develop your knowledge of multiple asset classes, as well as develop strong relationships with leading traders and PMs from across the industry. You will ideally be someone that is technically minded, comfortable with digesting and presenting financial concepts to a wide range of audiences and that has an interest in building a career within the portfolio management / buy side space. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your programming skills, so someone that has working knowledge of Python would be a big plus.

    Key responsibilities:

    Provide high quality support for the firm's clients and prospects.

    Guide users through ways to better leverage the firm's offerings.

    Set up user accounts for prospects and new clients with access to the firm's software platforms.

    Liaise with prospects as they transition through the sales pipeline.

    Create and update guides on how to use the firm's software platforms.

    Deep dive into financial metrics and how the firm can help display the data better.

    Create Excel sheets based on client requests using the the firm plugin to pull in data and run calculations.

    Preferred experience:

    Relevant experience in an Operations, Trade Support, Middle Office or relevant role at another fintech provider would be ideal. Also interested in candidates with a strong quant finance background with an interest in working at a rapidly growing start-up

    Open to candidates with experience across a wide range of asset classes and product types. Fixed Income / Structured Credit experience would be ideal

    Strong data analysis experience in excel.

    Experience supporting and presenting to institutional investors would be a big plus. Must be comfortable speaking and presenting to clients on a daily basis.

    Any prior experience or an interest in working in Python would be a big plus.

    Familiarity with a ticket management system, such as Zendesk would be beneficial.
