Overview If you have experience as a Financial Advisor, Private Client Advisor, or Wealth Advisor, this opportunity could be for you.

This is an opportunity to step into a referral network from multiple bank branches with local lead flow for growth.

Must have a series 7, and 65), and insurance license.

What you'll do:
Maintain presence within the bank to develop strong relationships and credibility with internal and external clientsDevelop and conduct client meetings to review existing accounts and close sales individually and jointly with licensed bankersHighlights:Assigned an existing book of clientsPlug into the referral network from multiple bank branchesComplete open architecture with an Advisor driven platformSeeking a Financial Advisor who wants to accomplish something of lasting value for their customers, for their community, and for themselvesResponsibilities

Serves as a coach and mentor for licensed bank employeesAchieving sales goals while serving the client's best interestsPlan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employeesConduct internal and external seminars to focus on business development and growthPrioritize client needs and introduce services such as loans, estate planning, deposits, etc...

Recognize and reward achievement of goalsAccountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experiencePost-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and develop referrals from an existing client baseRequirements

Brokerage industry experience in an advisory capacityYou will need a Series 7,66 (63 and 65) State insurance licenseAbility to motivate others in a team environmentDemonstrated ability to simplify and communicate complex financial conceptsProven experience in building strong internal and external client relationshipsHighly developed knowledge of the securities business, investment products, and financial solutionsHighly developed sales and presentation skills
