Job summary
The Physical Therapy Assistant provides skilled therapeutic interventions to patients using their educational skills and knowledge. Maintains accurate and concise records on treatment provided and patient's progress.Maintains set level of productivity without jeopardizing quality,
Precepts in the direction and evaluation of Assistant clinical experience / internship of students from participating colleges universities or schools.
Maintains departmental policies and procedures regarding safety infection control time off requests timecard recording.Observes reports patients responses to treatment progress oral written Physical Therapist. Collaborates with Physical Therapist other health team members exchange discuss patient information planning modifying coordinating treatment programs.
