    Position Overview

    As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will collaborate with all fulfillment clients to guarantee smooth inventory operations in Mercury. Your role involves overseeing inventory reception, storage, allocation in Mercury, and managing monthly cycle counts to keep clients informed on backorders and discrepancies.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Offer guidance and assistance to team members on inventory management using Warehouse Management System
    • Receive purchase orders, document discrepancies, and prepare products for fulfillment induction
    • Maintain replenishment log, ensure timely item transfers to fulfillment, and prioritize shipments with the Leadership team
    • Communicate with clients regarding backorders, skipped orders, and Year End inventory counts
    • Coordinate and conduct Cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and handle inventory-related client inquiries promptly
    • Ensure accurate inventory reporting, coordinate stock destruction, and prioritize stock shipments based on service level agreements
    • Maintain complete and precise documentation for auditing purposes, communicate effectively with the team, and manage stock movements and discrepancies
    • Monitor safety and security protocol adherence, track attendance, and perform other assigned duties

    Position Requirements

    Key qualifications include:

    • 3-5 years' experience in Warehouse/Distribution Center roles
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage inbound receiving tasks
    • Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems like Mercury
    • Team player with strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and punctuality skills
    • Adept at physical tasks including standing for long periods, lifting, and repetitive activities

    Position Salary Range

    • $22.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience and qualifications
