    • Direct and coordinate activities of a cross-functional team for the quotation, design, development, and launch for: Product Life-Cycle changes; New product development & launch (NPI); and other special projects
    • that projects are completed on time, to budget, and meet customer expectations.

    • efforts to resolve all technical issues related to design, performance, compliance,

    • technology trends and integrate latest technology into Truck-Lite products in conjunction with the Design group to ensure that Truck-Lite maintains its competitive advantage and status as the preferred supplier of lighting and visibility products.
    • and resolve manufacturing and performance issues with Manufacturing and Quality
    • to reduce potential NCRs and field issues, and to avoid customer dissatisfaction.

    • efforts to develop product specifications / definitions in conjunction with customers and sales personnel. Direct and coordinate activities of a cross-functional engineering team to complete new product quotations and develop capital budgets.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • engineering degree in any of the following disciplines: Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering. Candidates with other technical degrees will be considered based on relevant work experience.
    • to 6 years of project management experience.
    • requires compliance with the Technology Control Plan and the Federal Export Control Policy established for the Corporation.
