    Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CFY)

    Location: Dallas, TX

    Soliant Health is seeking a qualified School Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellowship (SLP-CFY) to work in Dallas, TX for the school year. The SLP-CFY will provide evaluations, therapy, and support for students with speech, language, and communication disordersunder the supervision of a licensed SLP.

    Dallas is a vibrant and dynamic city located in north Texas. It offers a blend of southern hospitality, big-city amenities, and a diverse cultural scene. The city is known for its famous barbecue, professional sports teams, and rich history. Dallas is also home to some of the top-rated schools in the state, making it an excellent place to live and work.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conducting evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders under the supervision of a licensed SLP
    • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed SLP
    • Providing direct therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
    • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student success
    • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
    • Must be eligible for a Texas state SLP license
    • Previous school-based experience preferred
    • Experience working with students with a variety of communication disorders and abilities
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
