RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of student medication, school health rooms, student health records, accident and illness response. Also, responsible for screenings and follow up health care prevention programs, staff training, and parent communication.

Rate and Method of Pay


Substitute Nurse:
$125/day

Substitute nurses are not paid during the month they work; they are paid the subsequent month.

Payroll is on the 23rd of the month but if the 23rd falls on a Saturday or Sunday, you will be paid the prior Friday


Example:
If you substitute in the month of September, you will be paid on October 23rd. If you work in the month of October, you will be paid November 23rd. The substitute pay period is the first day of the month to the last. Paychecks are mailed to the address on your application.
