    Our firm is actively searching for a Civil Engineering candidate to work at our Scottsdale office location. This role would entail the following responsibilities and activities include as part of this role:

    • Technical design lead on design
    • Supervises and coordinates project design efforts of technicians and design
    • Coordinates technical activities with Project Managers.
    • Provides technical support in the delivery of full sets of engineering calculations, plans, and reports with support as
    • Ability to lead design efforts on multiple types of projects.
    • Provides support in construction contract administration
    • Participates in Paradigm's Quality Assurance and Quality Control

    We believe a successful Civil Engineer will come equipped with the following:

    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering - preferred
    • 5+ years of civil engineering related experience – required
    • Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain it within 6 months - preferred
    • Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D - required
    • Strong background in site design, approvals and permitting - required
    • Strong work ethic, dedication, and professionalism in your own Be punctual, organized, and demonstrate a positive attitude to work and motivate in a team. Approach challenges with a proactive mindset - required
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - required
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills - required

    This role has a future growth opportunity to advance into a Project Management role.
