    The Director, Product Management, Payment Services – North America will be responsible for championing the Invenco Payment Services vision across the USA and Canada to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

    This includes assessment of customer needs, product planning and implementation of the Invenco payment services portfolio in North America and promoting solutions that align with Invenco's consolidated global product offering.

    The Product Manager will serve as the contextual expert, working collaboratively with business leaders, engineering, sales and marketing in the regions to ensure that projects are delivered, and revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

    What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities) This position will be focused on payment services solutions in North America and Invenco's transition to iNFX.

    You will champion the core product vision in your region towards the consolidated global payment offering and drive a strong recurring revenue stream for the Payment Services portfolio.


    Responsibilities include:

    Work closely with key customers, commercial teams and architects in the region to drive solutions based on core products in the portfolio Define and continuously refine the payment roadmap for the region, including market requirements and compliance, customer requirements and product convergence activities Gain VOC (internal and external) on the product(s) to ensure user adoption, securing raw inputs from customers, suppliers, channel partners Identify and create business cases for new products/features to drive additional customer benefit and ultimately additional revenues for the product line Actively participate and keep up to date with local standards bodies, regional payment & scheme mandates, and ensure appropriate timing of delivery in the product roadmap Be responsible for recruitment and line management of Product Owners to support your role in the interface with Engineering Drive the engineering priorities for your product(s) through the Invenco PI planning process, and work with the other product leaders to manage dependencies Work with sales and marketing to provide a strong value proposition for your product(s) and enable clear go-to-market strategy and materials, sales enablement collateral and training Perform competitive analysis and market research to influence the strategy of your product(s) Package and price products based on current customer data, previous sales data, market intelligence, and other data points The base compensation range for this position is $164,800 to $210,000 per year.

    Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.

    Who You AreMaster's or bachelor's degree in an engineering or computer science related field preferred; and/or 10+ years experience in product management rolesHigh degree of product specialization – ideally a subject matter expert in card and mobile payments in the North America market, with experience in retail, fuel, or energy business sector Commercial mindset and proven experience driving revenue outcomes for the business Excellent customer skills including building strong relationships & managing customer expectationsExperience in creating product strategy and road mapping Ability and desire to impact customers through innovation Problem solving skills with the ability to use both quantitative and qualitative data points Strong understanding of agile product development & Scaled Agile Framework Experience leading and developing product owners and product management talent with strong inclusion and diversity.

    Experience gathering and prioritizing Product Requirements, Feature Requests and Software Products to ensure key customer milestones are met in an optimized and efficient manner.

    Strong collaboration with key stakeholders in product management, engineering, marketing, finance, professional services and sales teams.
