    EXPERIENCE: Two years of responsible and varied secretarial and clerical experience, preferably including one year of clerical experience in an educational organization.

    EDUCATION: Equivalent to 12th grade, including or supplemented by course work in office related skill areas.

    IF SELECTED THE FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED: Fingerprint verification at an approximate cost of $64 to the employee; Proof of TB clearance (within 4 years) at employee's cost or a "Certificate of Completion" signed by a licensed health care provider for the Adult TB Risk Assessment Questionnaire; Certificate of Completion for the CA Mandated Reporter Training, dated after July 1, 2024.
