Senior Account Manager - Mahwah, NJ

Job description
Promofect is a growing branded apparel and merchandise company based in Mahwah, NJ. We work with businesses, schools, first responders, and organizations to create custom apparel, merch programs, and online stores.
We are looking for an Account Manager to own customer relationships, manage follow-ups, and help accounts grow over time through great service and consistent communication.
This is an in-office role and is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, answering phones, staying organized, and taking ownership of accounts.
What You'll Do
- Manage and follow up with existing and past customers
- Answer inbound phone calls and customer inquiries
- Own accounts from first conversation through quoting, store setup, orders, and follow-up
- Help launch and manage online merch stores
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts and suggest ideas to customers
- Work closely with internal production and support teams
- Keep notes, tasks, and follow-ups organized in our CRM
- Take ownership of improving customer programs and processes
What We're Looking For
- Experience in account management, customer service, inside sales, or client-facing roles
- Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Looking for a long-term role with room to grow
- Able to work on-site in Mahwah, NJ
Experience in branded apparel, promotional products, retail, or merchandising is a plus, but not required.

Pay: $50, $70,000.00 per year
