    What does a Delivery Specialist at Hoffman Auto Group do?

    Role Purpose

    Responsible for serving as the technology consultant to customers and fellow employees. Ensure both internal and external customers understand vehicle technology, resulting in an industry-leading customer experience, more repeat customers and more future first-time customers.

    Leadership

    This role does not lead others.

    Core Accountabilities

    1. Provide front-line support to customers with complex technology questions or concerns at delivery and during the ownership experience. Can answer any technical questions regarding features for all Lexus vehicles.
    2. Must have expert knowledge in all systems.
    3. Troubleshoot Vehicle System features.
    4. Deliver an exceptional experience in all customer interactions.
    5. Personalize explanations by understanding the knowledge level and preference of each customer. Utilize applications and resources to assist in explanations.
    6. Provide resources and teach customers how to easily self-access those resources for "answers" if they want to find information on their own.
    7. Meet or exceed CSI standards for the sales department.
    8. Follow-up with customers to ensure understanding and anticipate additional technology questions.
    9. Ensure all policies and procedures as designated by the Hoffman Auto Group Privacy Act Policy are followed.
    10. Regular attendance is an essential function of this job. Absences of any kind must be kept to a minimum so business is not negatively affected.
    11. Perform miscellaneous functions as directed.

    Competencies and Qualifications

    1. High School Diploma
    2. 1-2 years' experience in a sales orientated environment preferred
    3. Can adapt and embrace change with an internal and external customer centric mindset
    4. Act as an advocate for teammates and have a strong commitment to technology advancement
    5. Possesses effective communication skills: oral, written, listening.
    6. Works well with customers, promotes a positive image of the company, strives to solve issues raised by customers.
