The Floor Tech Supervisor oversees a team of floor technicians ensuring high standards of cleanliness safety and efficiency in all floor care operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily floor care operations including sweeping mopping scrubbing stripping waxing and buffing
- Schedule and assign tasks to ensure the timely completion of projects/liInspect work areas for quality assurance and compliance with safety standards/liMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment; report maintenance needs/liCollaborate with facility managers to plan special projects or deep-cleaning schedules/liEnsure proper handling labeling chemicals adherence PPE guidelines/Respond to urgent cleaning requests incidents promptly professionally/Able work hours beyond normal schedule complete projects/
