Job summary
The General Manager at PAH Management is responsible for achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and cost control while maintaining guest satisfaction and developing employees.
The GM will play a pivotal role in hotel sales efforts, tour operating departments daily, conduct weekly staff meetings, meet financial review dates, hold monthly financial reviews with department managers, and ensure compliance with PAH policies and procedures.
