    PCU Nights Opportunity Ascension St. Vincent Evansville is seeking a skilled Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse for a 3x12 night shift contract. If you enjoy caring for high-acuity patients in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this is your chance to shine.

    Position Details:
    Start Date: 3/8/2026
    Location: Evansville, IN
    Schedule: 3x12 Nights
    Contract Length: 12.86 Weeks (End Date: 6/6/2026)
    Patient Types: Medical, Cardiac, Pre/Post CV Surgery, Arrhythmia, Heart Failure, Stroke overflow
    Unit: Stepdown Intermediate Care 002
    Patient Ratio: 1:4–5
    Bed Size: 28

    Requirements:

    • Active RN license
    • BLS certification
    • Minimum of 1 year of experience in PCU, Med-Surg, or similar acute care
    • Experience with telemetry, complex medication regimens, post-surgical care
    • Ability to float as needed
