Job summary
The Tanner Clinic has an immediate opening for a Float Patient Services Rep. The employee must be able to travel to any Tanner Clinic locations and work a variety of hours between 7 am and 5 pm, M-F.Greet patients in a warm friendly and prompt manner
Gather patient insurance information efficiently accurately
Collect process co-pays from the patient at the time of service
Answer telephones screen calls take messages provide information to the appropriate source
