Busy family-owned plumbing HVAC excavating remodeling company looking for highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills.Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining service technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. Schedule return trips with customers when parts are in.- Maintain customer database with current information.
- Customer service filing invoicing scheduling collections and all other duties as assigned.
